My core focus is to get pupils engaged in regular physical activity to support their social, emotional and mental well-being.

My classes involve all elements of Yoga from the physical asana to philosophy and breath work as well as extensive opportunities for students to build their physical and mental strength and flexibility. I also have experience with SEN students and having ADHD myself understand the impact Yoga can have on your life and educational experience.
I offer fun, interactive yoga and meditation sessions for children of all ages. We focus first on connecting with our breath, before moving our bodies through yoga postures, then stretching our minds in relaxation and meditation. As a former deputy head teacher and mother of two, I know the power and importance of yoga for young developing minds and bodies. I am passionate about sharing the gift of yoga with children and look forward to seeing you in class very soon!
As an educator and a yoga teacher it is my goal to encourage that exploration: using movement, breathwork and yoga stories to build confidence, learn about ourselves and our world, and find our place in it. And of course, to always have a little FUN!
I am an ex professional Rugby League Player, having played for Leeds rhinos, St Helens and Wakefield. I have always been passionate about sport as that has been a major part of my life. Once I finished playing rugby, I moved into personal training and group training and I enjoy helping my clients improve their lifestyle. I have my rugby coaching qualification, so I’m excited to use what I learnt through my rugby playing career to pass on to other passionate sports pupils.

I have 2 years working with looked after children in residential care. I have previously done youth work and currently coach/assist at my current gym the kids and adult classes in BJJ. I have trained 6 years BJJ.

I have boxed since I was 9 and started coaching at 14. After a few years I went and got my qualifications to work alongside children in primary school where I picked up other skills in many different sports ranging from football to hockey and even gymnastics. Not only have I worked alongside children and adults I also work alongside people who with S.E.N which has helped me with specifying my sessions for everyone any means necessary.

I am a qualified personal trainer and an ex elite gymnast of 12 years. I was on the England team and competed at many high level competitions during this time. I believe in working hard, getting fit and learning new skills whilst having fun and learning to enjoy fitness from a young age!
I have played Netball for many years and have since progressed into the Manchester County's. I am a fun, fair, approachable, lively and direct coach with a lot of fun ideas and creative ways to teach Netball.
I have been doing taekwondo for 3 years along side kickboxing for 13 years. I have been coaching martial arts for 3 years and really enjoy helping young people find their love for the sport. It is really rewarding to pass on my knowledge of the sport to younger children, especially seeing how happy they are with their progression and hard work.
I am passionate about creating inclusive spaces to discover the mental and physical benefits of yoga, as I wish I came across it when I was in school! My teaching style is creative, and my classes combine both energetic and calming elements. My cultural sensitivity and empathy are some of my greatest strengths as a yoga teacher.

I love working in groups and really enjoy seeing the mental and physical benefits that people get from exercise. My philosophy is all about exercising for mental health and focus. I have experience coaching youth elite footballers and swimmers in recovery, flexibility, and injury reduction. The mixture of my skills in youth strength & conditioning and Yoga really compliment each other to educate young people in the benefits of both training and recovery.
