Well-being-centred Approach

Energising young minds and bodies with our diverse range of services designed to enhance physical and mental well-being in children and young people. From Extra-curricular Clubs to Well-being Workshops, Forest School, PPA Cover and Holiday Camps, we empower children with fun, holistic experiences that promote health and improve overall well-being.

Programs

Whole School well-being and physical activity

Our aim is to get every young person engaged in regular physical activity and provide them with the tools to support and enhance their mental health and well-being.

Clubs

Our diverse offering of clubs, available before, during, or after school, are designed to engage children and young people of all interests and abilities in regular physical activity. From Martial Arts and Boxing to Gymnastics, Dance, Cheerleading, Yoga, CrossFit, Musical Theatre, Multi-sports & more.

Well-being

Our expert-led Well-Being Workshops create a safe and nurturing environment where children and young people can thrive. Using techniques like yoga, breathwork, gratitude practices, and positive affirmations, we help boost confidence and provide essential tools for mental health support.

Forest School

Forest School offers an outdoor learning experience where children explore, create, and grow through regular sessions in nature. Led by L3FS practitioners, this child-led approach nurtures independence, creativity, and problem-solving through activities like bushcraft, nature exploration, and outdoor play.

Our service offers schools flexible solutions to lighten the workload. Whether it's our highly qualified staff delivering the PE curriculum or upskilling your teachers to confidently lead classes, we ensure high-quality physical education for every student.

As a leading provider of parent-paid and HAF-funded holiday camps across Greater Manchester, FIFTH Movement offers children aged 5-11 a range of fun, educational, and active activities to keep them engaged and active during the school holidays.
